The procedure of buying goods in our online store is very simple:

5.     Delivery

The goods are transferred to the delivery within 24 hours from the date of payment, if the customer and the store have not agreed on a different date.

6.     Return and exchange of goods

The goods bought in our internet shop of the proper quality you can exchange or return in the case that they did not fit you in size, color, style or bundling. In accordance with authorized St. 26.1 the refund must be carried out within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods. However, for your convenience, the period of return of goods of good quality in our online store is 15 days, and the term of exchange-30 days. During this term you need to send the returned goods. Return and exchange are subject to goods that are not in use, with stored factory tags and labels, as well as undamaged factory packaging (must be stored commercial form). In case of violation of any of these conditions the right to return the goods shall be terminated. Shipment of returned goods of proper quality, as well as re-delivery of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer. If there is a production defect in the goods, return of goods and re-delivery is carried out at the expense of the seller.

In accordance with the law of the Russian Federation "on Protection of consumer rights" from 07.02.1992 № 2300-1:

The consumer has the right to terminate the contract on performance of work (rendering the service) at any time, paying the executor part of the price proportionally to the part of the performed work (rendered service) before receiving the notice of termination of the said agreement and relocating Executor expenses, made by him up to this moment in order to execute the contract, if they are not included in the specified part of the price of work (services).

The consumer in case of detection of defects of the rendered service has the right to demand:

1.    Gratuitous elimination of deficiencies;

2.    Corresponding price reduction;

3.    Reimbursement of costs incurred by its own forces or by third parties;

The consumer has the right to present the requirements connected with defects of the rendered service, if they are found out within the guarantee period, and if it is absent within a reasonable period, within two years from the date of acceptance of the rendered service;

In case of cancellation of the contract, the consumer shall have the right to refund the sums paid to the executor;

The consumer has the right to demand also full compensation of losses caused to it in connection with defects of the executed work (rendered service).

The executor is responsible for the shortcomings of the service, which does not have a guarantee period, if the consumer proves that they arose before it was accepted by him or for reasons arising up to that point;
